CSA CAMPS

Camp FAQ and Refund Policies

Who can attend?

Camps are open to all players - you do not need to play for CSA to attend! Ages start at 5 years old and go to 16 years old. We welcome all ages but some camps are age-specific. Check each camp for age restrictions. All camps are open to all players but some camps are very technical and may not be suited for all skill levels.

How do I register?

Registration form, parental consent form and payment must be submitted to secure a place in the camp. Spaces are limited and camps will fill up quickly. For teams of 12 or more players, please send applications and team deposit together. To save time and money register online. Online registration closes at NOON on the Friday preceding the start date of each camp.

How much does it cost?

Competitive Level Camps are $145 - $185 each. Early registration discounts are available as noted on the camp listing page
Recreational Level Camps are $100. No discounts apply to recreational camps.

What about health care?

Our key camp staff are qualified in first aid and assist in treatment if needed throughout each day. Water and ice will also be available. Secondary accident insurance covers all campers with a $50 deductible.

What do I bring?

Campers must bring a ball each day. A ball is provided to each camper as part of the cost of registration. Please be sure it is labeled with player's name! All campers are required to bring soccer shoes and/or running shoes, shin guards and other necessities needed to play soccer.

What are the arrival and departure times?

All camp participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to camp start time. First day registration begins an hour prior to start time.

After the first day, staff will be on hand 45 minutes prior to start times for early drop-offs. Campers need to be picked up at the stated camp ending time.

What is the refund policy?

 - Competitive Level Camps: If a child is unable to attend the camp and at least a 10 day notice is given prior to the start of camp, a refund of your payment less a $50 service fee will be given.

 - Recreational Level Camps: If a child is unable to attend the camp and at least a 10 day notice is given prior to the start of camp, a refund of your payment less a $25 service fee will be given.

No refunds will be given once the camp starts unless extenuating circumstances arise.

Be advised that camps are held outside and most are held on artificial turf fields. Summer weather conditions in NC can potentially include high temperatures and heat indexes. Consider the forecasted weather if you child has medical conditions that may be impacted. No refunds will be given due to weather.
