Competitive Winter Programs - Technical Training and Speed & Agility
Keep your skills sharp in the off-season! All players should bring a ball and water to each session. Free CSA gift!
Technical Training Sessions will have a strong emphasis on the technical side of game and will be led by nationally-qualified CSA coaches. Training will be age-specific. 3v3/4v4 small sided games each week.
Speed and Agility Sessions (OrthoCarolina and North/Huntersville only) are designed to enhance the players' speed, agility, running mechanics (technique) and explosive power through dynamic workouts, plyometric workouts, core training and explosion workouts. Players will be grouped by age and ability going through specific speed workouts that apply directly to game related scenarios. Players will see gains in overall speed, acceleration, reaction time, foot speed, and recovery time. There is no doubt that SPEED WINS. Don't be left behind!
Speed and Agility Sessions are provided by Architech Sports and their staff.
Eligibility
Competitive and Speed and Agility camps are intended for competitive-level players currently participating in competitive programs from 8U Youth Academy through 19U except as noted. Other players 8U/2018 and older who plan to try out for competitive soccer in May should also consider participating. Training is open to non-CSA players; additional forms may be required. AVAILABLE THROUGH MONDAY, NOVEMBER 17th:
$125 for a single camp at any location.
REGULAR ONLINE REGISTRATION
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19th through NOON on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24th.
$150 for a single camp at any location.
ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT NOON ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24th.
Registration may close early if camp is full - register early!
WALKUP FEE WAIVED FOR ALL WAINTER TRAINING PROGRAMS - Register at the field for $150 on December 1 only!
Please arrive early and be prepared with form of payment and a completed Walk-Up Registration Form. Debit/Credit Cards preferred.
Policies:
If you are currently registered in a competitive program with a club other than CSA, you will need your club's permission to participate. Please have your current coach or other club representative provide written permission for your player to attend CSA Winter Training. Emails should be sent to [email protected].
No pro-rated fees or partial registration available.
Refunds by written request prior to the close of online registration (Noon on November 24, 2025). Refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
